Adult men (18 years and older): Take 3 capsules 30-60 minutes before going to bed.
Adult women (18 years and older): Take 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before going to bed.

[zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate and zinc aspartate providing 5,46 mg elemental zinc] [magnesium aspartate providing 81,7 mg elemental magnesium] [pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 1,9 mg]
Potassium chloride 50 mg (equivalent to 26 mg elemental potassium)
dl-α-Tocopherol acetate 50 mg (equivalent to 22,78 mg vitamin E)
Copper sulphate pentahydrate 4 mg (equivalent to 1 mg elemental copper)
