Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering any competition hosted by House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd, participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering. Unless specified otherwise in the individual competition’s terms and conditions, these general terms apply to all House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd competitions.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Competitions are open to residents of the Republic of South Africa aged 18 years or older.

1.2. Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd or any affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

1.3. Entrants must provide accurate and complete personal details when entering. Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be considered.

2. Entry

2.1. Entry requirements and competition details will be communicated through official House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd platforms, including but not limited to the website and social media pages.

2.2. Unless specified otherwise in individual competition terms and conditions, no purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2.3. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. Prizes

3.1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other item.

3.2. House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of similar value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.

3.3. Winners will be selected in accordance with the process outlined in the specific competition details.

4. Winner Notification

4.1. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided upon entry.

4.2. If a winner cannot be reached within 5 (five) working days, House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

4.3. House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd may request proof of identity or age before awarding any prize.

5. Data Protection and Privacy (POPIA Compliance)

5.1. Personal information provided for the purposes of entering a competition will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

5.2. By entering a competition, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information by House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition and communicating with winners.

6. General

6.1. House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel a competition at any time without prior notice, provided such action is within reason and in accordance with applicable laws.

6.4. House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7.1. Any information provided by House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd in relation to its products, including descriptions, benefits, or usage instructions, is for general informational purposes only and should not be regarded as medical advice.

8. Product-Related Prizes

8.1. In cases where product hampers or samples form part of a prize, the contents are subject to availability and may vary.

8.2. Product prizes are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or distributed for commercial purposes.

8.3. House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for misuse or adverse reactions resulting from use of any product received as part of a prize (please refer to clauses 7.2 and 7.3).

9. Regulatory Compliance

9.1. House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd adheres to the requirements of the Medicines and Related Substances Act 101 of 1965 and the guidelines issued by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) for advertising of medicines and health supplements.

9.2. All claims and statements regarding House of Zinplex (Pty) Ltd products are compliant with relevant legislation and are based on approved or accepted uses of ingredients.

9.3. Unless specified otherwise, all competitions and promotions are intended solely for marketing and consumer engagement purposes and do not constitute medical advice or endorsement by a healthcare professional.
