The usual dose for children is:

From the age of 3 years: Chew 1 gummy daily
4 - 8 years: Chew 2 gummies daily
9 years and older: Chew 3 gummies daily

Or as prescribed by your healthcare professional.  Taken with a meal.

Instruct your child to chew each gummy carefully to prevent choking.
